Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Any document, currently in force, regulating the relation between MEPs, including its staff members, and lobbyists (including any internal regulations, guidelines, policies, recommendations, or others). And any information related to publication clauses related to this matter. If there are any policies applying to the political parliamentary groups and its staff working inside the EP, that's also in the scope of this request.

The European Parliament hereby acknowledges the receipt of your

including its staff members, and lobbyists (including any internal

Parliament handles applications for public access to documents in line
with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 laying down the terms and conditions for
public access to the documents of Parliament, Council and Commission, and
Parliament's implementing rules.

 

With regards to your request, Parliament has identified the following
documents:

and (3) on MEPs' financial interests and Transparency Register, Rule 35 on
intergroups, Rule 123 on access to Parliament premises

-          [2]Bureau Decision on legislative footprint (pp. 15 – 19)

-          [3]Appropriate behaviour rules regarding meetings of staff of
the Union institutions with registered interest representatives

-          [4]Code of Conduct for interest representatives

-          [5]Bureau Decision on public hearings

-          [6]Bureau Decision of 4 July 2016 on co-organising events with
political Groups on Parliament premises and notifications on the
activities of Parliament's Committees via the Register

 

On this basis Parliament considers your request handled and the file
