I refer to my application for access to documents registered on 19 May 2022 under reference number GESTDEM 2022/2847.

The time limit to reply expired on 14 June 2022. This is 104 working days ago, when the time limit to reply is 15 working days. Unless I am mistaken, I have never received a reply from DG Energy regarding my request.

I refer to my application for access to documents registered on 19 May 2022 under reference number GESTDEM 2022/2847.

The time limit to reply expired on 14 June 2022, 19 months ago. Unless I am mistaken, I have never received a reply from DG Energy regarding my request. I raised this issue on 7 November 2022, and was told on 9 November 2022 "that the reply has been finalised and that it is currently under approval. You should therefore receive it in a few days."

I am unable to find the reply in my files however.
