Magnus Ovilius and sabbatical
Dear Human Resources and Security (HR),
Further to 2011/5375 and 2012/2483, under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which relate to Magnus Ovilius:
- has Mr Ovilius now returned to work at the Commission following his sabbatical at Smiths Group?
- if so, when was this and what assessment of possible conflicts of interest have been made as a result of his sabbatical?
I would like to receive all relevant emails, correspondence and meeting notes.
Yours faithfully,
Vicky Cann

Dear Human Resources and Security (HR),
Thank you for your email.
I have been very patient in waiting for a reply to my request which was tabled on 20 December (and not on 14 January as your email states) but to ask for three extensions is, I think, totally unacceptable.
I have asked for factual information which should be readily available to you and I do not understand why this request is taking so long.
If I do not receive the requested information by 28 March (which will then have been more than three months since my original request) I shall make a complaint.
Yours faithfully,
Vicky Cann
