We refer to your e-mail dated 15 June 2016 in which you make requests for
access to documents, registered under the reference number GestDem
2016/3376.

 

Your application is currently being handled. However, we are not in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today.

 

An extended time limit is needed as part of the documents requested
originates from third parties which have been consulted and we also need
to consult the Commissioner's Cabinet for identification of the documents
you requested.

 

We have extended the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with
Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
documents. The new time limit expires on 29 July 2016.

 

We apologise for the delay and for any inconvenience they may cause.
