Meeting between EEAS MENA Managing Director Le Gal and the General Director of the Lebanese General Security General Ibrahim Abbas, January-February 2023
Dear European External Action Service,
During a visit in Brussels between January 30th and February 2nd of 2023, the General Director of the General Security General Ibrahim Abbas met with EEAS MENA Managing Director Le Gal.
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. Agenda of Ibrahim Abbas during this visit in Brussels
2. Agenda of the meeting he took part in with EEAS MENA Managing Director Le Gal
3. Minutes of this meeting
4. All documents, reports, presentations, audio/visual content, emails shared in the framework of this visit, including before, during and after the visit.
5. Name, position and organisation of origin of all participants to this meeting. If this request cannot be satisfied due to data protection matters, I agree to narrow it to the organisation of origin of the participants.
If Ibrahim Abbas, or anyone of his delegation, met with other EEAS representatives during this visit, please consider that the requests 2, 3, 4 and 5 also apply for these meetings.
Please provide all the documents with their annexes, if applicable.
