Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meeting listed below:

1. Between Cefic and Helena Braun, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans, on the 30th October 2020

2. Between Cefic and Yizhou Ren cabinet member of Margrethe Vestager, Executive VicePresident on the 8th October 2020

3. Between Cefic and Vice President Frans Timmermans, on the 11th June 2020

4. Between Cefic and members of Margrethe Vestager's cabinet on the 29th May 2020

Yours faithfully,

Dear Madam,

Your initial request registered under GESTDEM ref. No 2021/3390  refers to
internal documents and subjects that are dealt with by different services.
We had therefore to split it  and create an additional GESTDEM request
under ref. No 2021/3444. This obviously implies that you will get separate
replies.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Ms Roxburgh,

I refer to your request dated 20/05/2021, registered on 26/05/2021, in
which you make a request for access to documents under the above mentioned
reference number. Your application is currently being handled. However, we
will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expired on 16/06/2021.

not yet be completed at this stage. Therefore, we have to extend the time
limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation
(EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit
expires on 07/07/2021.

I apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause.

Yours sincerely,
