Meeting between SG and various organisations

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meeting listed below:
1. Between CEMBUREAU and Antoine Colombani, member of Timmermans cabinet, on the 16th December 2020
2. Between Thyssenkrupp Steel Europe and Vicepresident Timmermans on the 4th December 2020
3. Between BASF and Riccardo Maggi, Sarah Nelen and Damyana Stoynova, members of Timmermans cabinet, on the 7th December 2020
4. Between Cefic and Helena Braun and Antoine Colombani, members of Timmermans cabinet, on the 10th November 2020
5. Between IFIEC and Stefanie Hiesinger and Riccardo Maggi, members of Timmermans cabinet, on the 9th November 2020
I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Dear Ms Roxburgh,
I refer to your request dated 21/12/2020, registered on 21/12/2020, in
which you make a request for access to documents under the above mentioned
reference number. Your application is currently being handled. However, we
will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expired on 20/01/2021.
An extended time limit is needed, as the handling of your application
could not yet be completed at this stage. Therefore, we have to extend the
time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new
time limit expires on 10/02/2021.
I apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
