Sehr geehrter Herr Fanta,

Wir nehmen Bezug auf Ihre E-Mail vom 27. April 2020, worin Sie einen
Antrag auf Dokumentenzugang stellen, der am 27 April 2020 unter dem oben
genannten Aktenzeichen registriert wurde.

Ihr Antrag wird derzeit bearbeitet. Allerdings sind wir nicht in der Lage,
die Bearbeitung innerhalb der vorgegebenen Frist von 15 Arbeitstagen, die
am 19. Mai 2020 abläuft, abzuschließen.

Eine Verlängerung dieser Frist ist erforderlich, da Teile der 
angeforderten Dokumente von Dritten stammen, die konsultiert wurden.

Wir müssen daher gemäß Artikel 7 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EG)
Nr. 1049/2001 über den Zugang der Öffentlichkeit zu Dokumenten die
Bearbeitungsfrist um 15 Arbeitstage verlängern. Die neue Frist endet am
09. Juni 2020.

Wir entschuldigen uns für diese Verzögerung und für etwaige hieraus
