Dear Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MARE),

Thank you for your message, which surprises me.
According to an email I obtained from another access-to-document request to DG Enterprise, this meeting did take place.

In an email dated 25 June 2013, an ECPA employee writes:
"Follow-up: Meeting with ECPA and BASF regarding Endocrine Disruptors
Dear Mrs Benini,
Thank you for taking the time to meet with myself and my BASF colleagues last Friday. We appreciated the strong messages that you provided to us and we will continue to discuss these issues with other Commission services."

The ECPA employee obviously made a mistake on Mrs Benini's email address and sent it to "Francesca.Benini@[……]", but there is no mistake on the fact that the meeting took place.

You can find a copy of this email in the 2nd reply from DG Enterpriss dated 23 August in the zip file "ECPA.zip". Document name : ECPA - BASF Meeting 130625.PDF
http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/docum...

I therefore make a confirmatory application for all correspondence (including emails), detailed minutes and any other reports related to this meeting. If such documents do not exist, I would like to ask you to confirm the date(s) of the meeting(s) and who attended it/them.

Thank you for your assistance.
Yours faithfully,

Stéphane Horel
