Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The EU Transparency Register lists a meeting between the EU government relations law firm Alber & Geiger and Agnieszka Drzewoska and Kaius Kristian Hedberg on 13 January 2015 regarding German Gambling Laws. (Here is a link to the meeting:

Please provide me with:
1. all minutes and other reports of these meetings and/or calls;
2. all documents prepared for the purpose of the meetings issued both in preparation and after the meetings took place.
3. all correspondence, including attachments (i.e. any emails, mail correspondence or telephone call notes) between the Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs, including any Cabinet Members and/or officials, and Alber & Geiger discussing “German Gambling Laws” or Gambling Laws in general.

Thank you very much for your timely reply. Concerning your request for clarification:
1. In the lobbyregister ( I found two meetings on the same day between the same individuals. One time on "German Gambling Laws
" and one time on "Gambling". If this was in fact one meeting, I would only be interested in the minutes and reports of this particular meeting on 13 Jan 2015.
2. Supposing that there was only one meeting, I am only interested in the documents directly used in the preparation or as a direct outcome to the meeting. I thus do not see the need for a concrete temporal scope.

under the above mentioned reference number.
