Meetings and Correspondence between DG CLIMA and the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA)

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents that contain the following information:

1) All correspondence, including emails, sent and received since 01/01/2020, between the Commissioner for Climate Action, his cabinet, his officials, and any other representatives of DG CLIMA, and representatives from the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA).

2) List of meetings, including the meeting’s minutes, since 01/01/2020, between officials and representatives of DG CLIMA and representatives from the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA).

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also, I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.

registered on 24 November 2021 under the above mentioned reference number.

 

We are not in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 15 December
2021.

 

In accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents we have to extend the time limit by 15 working
days, the new deadline is set for 14 January 2022.
