Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below:

1. Between Association des Constructeurs Européens d'Automobiles (ACEA) and Frans Timmermans, Executive Vice-President on the 21st May 2021.

2. Between Association des Constructeurs Européens d'Automobiles (ACEA) and Daniel Mes, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on the 23rd April 2021.

3. Between Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft (BMW Group) and Daniel Mes, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on the 23rd March 2021.

4. Between Association des Constructeurs Européens d'Automobiles (ACEA) and Frans Timmermans, Executive Vice-President on the 19th March 2021.

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Rodolfos Maslias
