Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below:

1. Between SolarPower Europe and Frans Timmermans, Executive Vice-President on the 7th May 2021

2. Between SolarPower Europe and Frans Timmermans, Executive Vice-President on the 4th February 2021

3. Between SolarPower Europe and Aleksandra Tomczak, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on the 2nd December 2020

4. Between SolarPower Europe and Riccardo Maggi, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on the 1st October 2020

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Rodolfos Maslias
