Dear Madam,

We refer to your e-mail of 29 July 2022 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 3 August 2022 under the above mentioned

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a

Dear [email address],

I'm disappointed by the double delay. Can you please clarify when you'll send the documents over? When you say "a couple of days," I assume that means that you'll send them to me by Monday, Sept 19 at the very latest?

Yours sincerely,

Sarah Anne Aarup

Dear DG TRADE Access to Documents Team,

Thanks for your message. Can you please tell me by when you'll be sending a reply? If there's no clarity on the deadline by which you'll send me a response, I'm afraid that I'll have to raise this with the Ombudswoman's office, as this is the third time that you're delaying the documents release.

Kind regards,

Sarah Anne Aarup

Dear Transparency, Civil Society and Communication Team,

I want to follow up since I've been waiting for the freedom of information documents since August 3, meaning that a response is long overdue by now.

In your latest message to me dated September 15, you wrote that "We would like to inform you that we are in process of finalizing our reply and that we will complete the handling of your application in a few days."

Can you please give me an update about your precise timeline so I know when to expect the documents? I really don't want to have to go to the Ombudswoman.

Yours sincerely,

Sarah Anne Aarup
