Meetings Regional Council Lapland
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. list of all meetings held by DG GROW with the Regional Council of Lapland, the East & North Finland EU Office, or the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities ("Kuntaliitto"), between 1.1.2014 and 22.10.2021
2. all information (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, presentations, proposals, transcripts, or recordings), as well as the meeting minutes or notes relating to the meetings identified under 1.
3. all information (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, presentations, proposals, transcripts, or recordings) that DG GROW received, between 1.1.2014 and 22.10.2021, from the Regional Council of Lapland, the East & North Finland EU Office, or from the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities ("Kuntaliitto")
