Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents - including but not limited to minutes, notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, e-mails, and presentations – produced, exchanged and related to the following meetings between Alain Paul Lebeaupin, Apostolic Nuncio, Head of the Mission of the Holy See to the European Union and at the time:

- Frans Timmermans, First Vice-President of the EC in charge of Better Regulation, Inter-Institutional Relations, the Rule of Law and the Charter of Fundamental Rights, 15/06/2015.
- Kristalina Georgieva, Member of the EC in charge of International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response, 29/04/2013.
-Vytenis Andriukaitis, Member of the EC in charge of Health and Food Safety, 11/12/2015.
-Corina Creţu, Member of the EC in charge of Regional Policy. The meeting focused on migration, 16/03/2016.
- Kristalina Georgieva, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Budget and Human Resources, and Tibor Navracsics, Member of the EC in charge of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport. 02/06/2015.
-Pierre Moscovici, Member of the EC in charge of Economic and Financial Affairs, Taxation and Customs. 15/02/2018.
- Pierre Moscovici, Member of the EC in charge of Economic and Financial Affairs, Taxation and Customs. 15/02/2018.
