above-mentioned reference number and received by Directorate- General for

· the timeframe during which the documents would have been
produced. As your request is made in 2020, we assume that your request
refers to documents of 2020.
· in point a) of your request you refer to “people representing
Huawei's interests“. We understand that you refer to people directly
representing the company in question. Could you please confirm? Otherwise,
could you please provide further details on the people (names, functions,
etc) you consider as “representing Huawei's interests”.

We refer to our email dated 27 July 2020 (Ref. Ares(2020)3949605) in
which, based on the provision of Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001
regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission
documents (hereinafter ‘Regulation 1049/2001’), we requested you to
clarify your initial access to documents request (Ref. Ares(2020)3732302).
As up until this moment we did not receive any reply, we are contacting
you to ask you to manifest your interest in the continuation of the access
to documents request GestDem 2020/4299. You may do so by replying, the
latest by Monday, 10 August 2020, to our clarification email of 27 July,
providing the information asked in that communication. In absence of any
manifestation from you within the time given, we will deem your request as
withdrawn.
