Dear DG CLIMA,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of cabinet members of Commissioner Timermans:

1. Meeting between L'Oreal and Diederik Samsom, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans, and Sarah Nelen, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on 19/03/2021 regarding European Green Deal and carbon neutral transport.
2. Meeting between L'Oreal and Helena Braun, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans, and Antoine Colombani, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on 01/02/2021 regarding Climate neutrality, Biodiversity, Circular Economy, Sustainable Finance.

Please produce the documents on a rolling basis. I would prefer that the Commission’s search and deliberations concerning particular documents not delay the production of documents the Commissions has already retrieved and decided to produce.

Yours faithfully,
Will Aitchison

Dear [email address],

When I try to open the Documents.7z file attached, Acrobat suggests it may have been incorrectly encoded. Please could you check the format it was attached in? I have not encountered this issue with other FOI responses. Many thanks.

Yours sincerely,
