meetings attended by colleagues from DG MOVE’s Directorate B (Investment,
Innovative and Sustainable Transport) and representatives of Total, Shell
and ENI.

· Meeting between Herald Ruijters, Director MOVE B (Investment,
Innovative and Sustainable Transport) and Total on 17 October 2018
· Online meeting between Unit B2 (Transport Investment) and Total
on 8 January 2020
· Participation of Herald Ruijters, Director MOVE B, in the Virtual
opening of the Shell hydrogen station on 13 October 2020
· Shell is represented in the STF Sub-group on governance and
standards for communication exchange in the electromobility ecosystem and
participated in the meetings which took place on 29 April, 4 May, 31 May
and 12 July 2021
· Shell participated in the 1st Meeting Sub-group on Governance and
Standards (PKI) on 23 March 2021
· Shell participated in the Digital Transport Days in October 2019
· Shell participated in the High-level roundtable on the potential
of digitalisation in maritime transport and the provision of maritime
services on 22 May 2019
· ENI attended the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Task Force
Meeting organised by the CCE (Conseil de coopération économique) on 17
November 2020, with Herald Ruijters, Director MOVE B being one of the main
speakers.

According to the practical guidance, Regulation (EC) 1049/2001 applies
only to requests for access to existing documents. For this reason, please
note that our administrative coordinator for access to documents did not
register this request in GESTDEM.
