Thank you for informing me. I look forward to the documents on 15 June.

Dear SG UNITE D-2,
Thank you for the documents, I really appreciate the efforts at such a busy time.
While the names of individuals are redacted, the name of the firm representing Galp is also redacted.
Please can you make this public (not the individual, but the firm). I assume that in order to have a meeting with yourselves, they would have to be in the transparency register, as the Commission guidance states, and therefore the information that they are working for Galp should be publicly available.
Yours sincerely,
Pascoe Sabido

Dear [email address],
The email and the letter that you disclose are dated 4 May. They both reference other letters and communications with yourselves, but it appears that you have not disclosed the other letters and communication.
For example, in the attached letter, the heading is "Follow-up on our Third joint industry letter...". However, you have not included the Third joint letter, nor any of the other three letters.
In the email, it says "allow us to get back to you one more time", and goes on to say "based on our last joint industry letter from 24 March". Yet the previous letter is not included.
24 March falls explicitly within the dates provided for the FOI, which suggests that there is correspondence that has not been released.
Please provide all letters and all correspondence that goes with them.
Yours sincerely,
Pascoe Sabido
Dear Climate Action,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Meetings with stakeholders on RePowerEU'.
I have serious doubts whether the documents provided were the only ones found, in part because the documents I did receive appear to be incomplete. When I pointed this out, it was not acted upon or acknowledged (see full history of the complaint can be found at the link below).
Please provide a full set of documents, as originally requested.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/meeti...
Yours faithfully,
Pascoe Sabido

Dear [email address],
I think there must be a communications problem as I acknowledged the receipt of the documents on the 20th February. It might be due to Ask the EU and the complication of who I'm in correspondence with.
I hope it reaches you successfully this time,
Yours sincerely,
Pascoe Sabido
