Meetings with stakeholders on the review of the car emissions regulation

Energía no tenía la información solicitada.

Dear Energy,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as
developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which
contain the following information:

- a list of all meetings in the last year regarding the ongoing
review of legislation to reduce CO2 emissions from passenger cars

- all correspondence and minutes of meetings between DG Energy and
ACEA or members of ACEA in the last year regarding the ongoing review of legislation to reduce CO2 emissions from passenger cars

Please ensure that documents are made available as soon as they are
found rather than waiting to package them all together.

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido,

Dear Energy,

You have massively exceeded the time limit for responding according to law.

Can you please explain what has taken so long and when I should expect the documents.

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido

Dear Energy,

I will have to report this case to the Ombudsman if it is not at least acknowledged in the next 5 working days. It is long overdue.

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido
