Meetings with WindEurope and SolarEurope

La solicitud fue parcialmente exitosa.

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) a list of meetings of DG Clima officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of WindEurope and/or SolarPower Europe;

2) minutes and other reports of these meetings;

3) all correspondence (including e-mails and annexes) between DG Clima officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of WIndEurope and/or SolarPower Europe;

The time frame will be from January 2016 to the time this request is accepted. I have seen the previous Access to Documents Request submitted by Marijke Vermander dated 26 July 2016, which should hopefully make the task easier.

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido

Dear Mr Sabido,

We refer to your e-mail dated 28 November 2016 in which you make a request
for access to documents, registered on 30 November 2016 under the above
mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 21 December 2016.

An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns documents
originating from third parties which are being consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 19 January 2017.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dear Climate Action,

Thank you for the partial response. However, ask originally requested, can you please provide the minutes of the meetings between your department and WindEurope and or SolarPowerEurope. And despite a list not existing for members who are not Commissioners or Director Generals, can you please provide a screen shot or another means that shows evidence of the meetings that took place (beyond correspondence),

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido
