DG ENER follows the corporate document management and archival policy in
the European Commission (e-Domec), as defined by the Secretariat General,
which is available on the Europa website: :
[1]http://ec.europa.eu/archival-policy/lega....

To do so, following the Decision 2002/47/EC, DG ENER has a designated
Document Management officer (DMO) and several Deputy DMOs. Two Document
Management Centres are in place: a central one and a second centre dealing
with documents concerning nuclear domain. They are supported by a local
network of E-Domec correspondants in every unit of DG ENER.

There is no guidance to specific type of documents (diaries, meetings),
all official documents are registered, filed and preserved following the
same rules. In addition to the information that you can obtain from the
Secretariat-General, we annex our specific guides for registration:

·         FAQ Areslook – What e-mails should be registered?
