Dear Mr Harris,
the 15 working days deadline to reply to your application expire tomorrow.
Nevertheless the different elements relevant to the request are still
under consideration. Therefore the time limit for handling your
application laid down in Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 (OJ
L 145, 31.5.2001, p. 43) has to be extended by further 15 working days, as
foreseen by Article 7(3) of the same Regulation. Please note that 5, 6 and
16 May have not been working days for the EP administration.
Kind regards

Dear AccesDocs,
I have only just received your reply to my request. For some reason you only sent it by post, rather, as with all other correspondence, via this portal.
You indicate that you hold some of the data I require and that you hold it for 'administrative and financial purposes only'.
You refuse the request on the grounds that you would be transferring personal data.
Can I just clarify: I did not ask for anyone's name or personal data. Just the plain expenditure figures, alone. Could the data therefore not be redacted to remove people's names and the request granted?
Please let me know.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Harris
