Dear European Data Protection Supervisor,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The EU data protection is confusing and contradicting in what is personal data and I would like the information and the correct legal rights regarding what the data subject has a full right to exercise.
1. My personal data includes my Mother's Maidan Name and that is a lea gal requirement in all Irish government bodies
2. My mother is dead and not living but I must produce her data, be processed and verified by government officials , therefore I am submitting my"" Mother's Maidan Name as my personal data"" to be summitted and verified for Government, Health, Education. Passport, Bank accounts and other government and private bodies, etc.
3. Through Succession and Inheritance rights I must provide my Mother's Maidan Name as my personal data
4. Deceased personal have no data rights, but my right to any data that has my mother Mother's Maidan Name or her married name have to be classified as my Person data.
5. if I am submitting a dead persons data on a daily base am I not in breech of a law?
I look forward to your reply
Yours faithfully,
Madeline O'Brien

collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or
alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission,
dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination,
restriction, erasure or destruction.
