National security guidelines to memebr states
Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1- Could you please disclose any policy documents and/ or guidelines provided to member states on national security issues especially handling TCNs residence permits in Schengen zone.
For example, in last couple of years, mostly Third Country Nationals- TCNs residence permits are refused on basis of national security issues in Lithuania, as far I understood local authorities are failed to implement national security issues related rules properly.
