Opinions of the Regulatory Scrutiny Board, Due Dilligence

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:

- The two opinions on the Due dilligence law propsal/the Sustainable Corporate Governance Framework made by the Regulatory Scrutiny Board,
- all communication with external experts that concern the two decisions,
- any report or other texts used by the Regulatory Scrutiny Board from sources external to the Commission in the course of the proceedings on the two decisions.
- and the internal document which describes under what circumstances an opinion of the Regulatory Scrutiny Board can be made public.
