La solicitud fue exitosa.

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Dear Mr Nielsen,

The deadline for replying to your application concerning public access to
documents registered under the reference A(2019) 7426 expires at the end
of this day, Tuesday 9 July 2019.

However, due to the fact that you apply for access to a complex document
and information related thereon, our internal consultations have not been
completed yet, and Parliament needs to extend the time-limit provided for
by Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 by a further 15 working
days, in accordance with Article 7(3) of the same Regulation.

We thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,

Dear Mr Nielsen,

Parliament's Bureau decided to launch an international architects competition, which will be published in the coming months, and which leaves two options open: renovation or reconstruction of the Paul henry Spaak building. No contract for the renovation or reconstruction is therefore expected before 2021/22.

The decisions of the bureau are recorded in the minutes of Bureau meetings, which are all available on Parliament' Public Register of Documents : http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegistreWe...

In view of the foregoing, Parliament considers your application as handled and closes the file. However, should you be interested in accessing other specific documents of the European Parliament, please do not hesitate to submit a new application.

Kind regards,

TU
