Dear Office For Administration And Payment Of Individual Entitlements,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Will you supply details of the 20 highest individual payments made per annum, since your inception and to whom, and for what reason.
And also details of the 20 lowest payments per annum to whom and why.
