Dear Mr O'Reilly,
concerning you request related to payments made on behalf of political
groups in Parliament, we would like to draw your attention to the fact
that the political groups are not a part of Parliament's administration
(which is why the groups' websites are outside Parliament's domain). This
is also reflected in Parliament's Rules of Procedure, in paragraph 2 of
Rule 122, which you may find [1]here. As a consequence, Parliament does
not hold or have access to the political groups' documents, and cannot,
therefore, consider such documents in light of requests for public access.
You may however contact the groups directly. Relevant links to the groups'
websites are available [2]here.
With this response, Parliament considers your request as handled and the
file closed. Please don't hesitate to get back to us should you wish to
access specific Parliament documents.
Best regards,
