SECRETARIAT DGF Access, Consejo de la Unión Europea

Dear Ms Terlingen,

Thank you for your request for access to documents of the Council of the
European Union.

The Transparency and access to documents team of the General Secretariat
of the Council would like to inform you that there are numerous documents
on the subject of your request available in the Council's public register.

To help you further define your query, may we suggest that you conduct a
search within the Council's public register at
[1]http://register.consilium.europa.eu/ The Council's public register
contains references to most Council documents since 1999 (exceptions may
apply regarding classified documents), of which approximately 75% are
public and available for downloading.

By choosing the option "Advanced search", you can search for documents
using several criteria, for example: document number, words in title or
text, subject matter and interinstitutional file number. For more
information and useful hints, you can consult "How to search in the
register".

If you find a document in the register that cannot be directly downloaded
(i.e. marked by a "broken" pdf icon), you may introduce a request for
access by using the available electronic form.

Yours sincerely,

For the General Secretariat of the Council
