I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Antoine Hasday

Dear Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'political agreement on a comprehensive partnership package between the EU and Tunisia'.
While I understand the necessity of the protection of the public interest as regards international relations, this should be balanced with the right to information (and the two documents to which I have been granted access contain little usable information). Also, as I already told you in my FOI request regarding Egypt, "protection of the privacy and the integrity of the individual" could be safeguarded by redacting personal data (names, functions, phone numbers) from the documents, so I do not believe it is a proper argument to deny me access to whole documents.
