Precautionary Principal
Dear European Aviation Safety Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treatuies, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Can the EASA please provide me with information and documents on how it applies the Precautionary Principal in relation to smoke and fume events onboard european registed aircraft that are known and proven to cause harm to human health.
