Dear Justice and Consumers, Dear Michael Shotter,

I had requested:
(0) the agenda (for the invitation)
(1) information about the speech/presentation (transcript/prepared
speech) including all subjects
(2) the presentation (powerpoint or whatever)
(3) the list of participants
(4) the handout given afterwards

and I have explicitly mentioned the names Joanna Serdynska and Claire Marnier who are your dependent employees working in your department.

The documents that have been sent from you are not satisfactory.

On the agenda I can't even see the names of the people who gave the presentation. I think there are the names Marnier and Serdynska. Therefore I request the full disclosure of this document (0).

Re (1), (2) and (4) no information has been given. I am sure there must be documents in the department you control.

Re (3) list of participants I request to see the names. There are a few people who seem to be private laywers which could indicate these are lobbyists.
The other people are public servants working at courts. As court hearings should normally be public (well UK family courts hide very much and they are secret as we all know) these judges are used to be in the public and also their names.
Further there are members of the Central Authorities. Unfortunately I had to experience that they don't deliver what they are supposed to do (my own experience in the case of my child). Therefore I request to see these names, too.

-> So all the names should be published.

Especially when I see that the questions (1), (2) and (4) have completely been ignored i expect to receive an answer within the next days to avoid further delays which could give the impression that the EU Commission/DG JUST wants to hide.

Yours faithfully,
Klaus Zinser

Dear Justice and Consumers,

just to be mentioned, Mr Martin Kröger, working for the Commission has rejected the request saying it is too late.

Nevertheless I would like to mention that the EU Commission regularly delays answers and seems not to be capable or willing to answer requests.

E.g. not answered:
http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/infri...
http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/quali...

There are much more.

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser
