President Juncker's mission costs to the G20
Dear Secretariat General,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am hereby requesting access to documents further detailing the items listed as “miscellaneous costs” for the mission by Commission President Jean Claude Juncker to Buenos Aires between the 28 November and 2 December 2018.
I request that the information provided:
c) Be in the form of the documents released in response to request GestDem 2016/6050
d) Include information in the level of detail made available to commissioners when submitting mission orders, presented in pages 12-18 of first document released in response to request GestDem 2015/6011: The MiPS (Mission Processing System) Guide to How to Introduce a Mission Order: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/data.... For example, the information presented in the table contained in the screenshot at the bottom of page 15 of this document, namely information in the fields of the: Type of Miscellaneous cost, Amount in Euros, and Comments by the officer introducing the order.

through which you submit a confirmatory application in accordance with
Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents ('Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001').
Your confirmatory application is currently being handled. Unfortunately,
we have not yet been able to gather all the elements we need to carry out
a full analysis of your request in order to take a final decision and,
therefore, we are not in a position to reply to your confirmatory request
within the prescribed time limit expiring on 7 August 2019.
Consequently, we have to extend this period by another 15 working days in
accordance with Article 8(2) of Regulation 1049/2001. The new deadline
expires on 29 August 2019.
