Dear Ms Verheecke,

Thank you for your e-mail of 22 March 2018.  As explained in our previous
email of 20 March, we have extended the deadline until 13 April 2018. The
responsible unit is handling your request but an extended time limit is
needed for the consultations with the external stakeholders on the
disclosure of the documents.

We hope that this explains a little bit more the current stage of your
request no GESTDEM 2018/1219 .

Thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this
additional delay may cause

Kind regards
