Dear Mr. Roth,

Thank you for your message.

When you refer to the " WorkingPaper 248", do we understand correctly that
you are referring to the working paper 248 adopted by the Article 29
Working Party?

If this is the case, please note that the Secretariat of the Article 29
Working Party was provided by DG JUST of the European Commission. As such,
the EDPB does not, in principle, hold any documents produced prior to its
establishment on 25 May 2018, unless these were shared with the EDPB. The
archived documents adopted by the Article 29 Working Party (1997-2016) are
available on the website of the European Commission here: [1]WP29 archive,
documents adopted after this and prior to the establishment of the EDPB
are available here: [2]2016-2018. Furthermore, information on how to
access documents of the European Commission can be found here:

In case you are referring to a different document, we kindly ask you to
provide us with more information on the document, such as the full title,
in order to enable us to identify any documents potentially in scope of
your request.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards

EDPB Secretariat
