Proving the qualifications of Disability Assessors in England

Empleo, Asuntos Sociales e Inclusión no tenía la información solicitada.

Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
How a claimant can access the qualifications of his/her assigned disability assessor, when an assessment is carried out to provide information to the British government about the level of disability of each claimant for PIP in England. This is important when assessing a complex condition such as Aspergers syndrome and the effects of trauma from wrong early diagnosis.

Yours faithfully,
Pat Ruaune
