Recipients of 4 Grants

Esta solicitud ha sido retirada por la persona que la realizó. Puede que haya una explicación en los mensajes a continuación.

Dear International Partnerships,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following information:

Project reference EC_INTPA-2012/298-490 resulted in grants being issued to organisations in Sarajevo, Tuzla and Zenica. There where 4 grant agreements.

I would like (1) a copy of the 4 grant agreements and (2) the names of the organisations receiving the grants and the location(s) of the projects.

FYI A summary of the project has been published on the IATI website but the information I require is not in there: http://d-portal.org/q.html?aid=XI-IATI-E....

Yours faithfully,
Dereck

Dear Mr Kwaike,

We refer to your e-mail of 30 August 2021 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 31 August 2021 under the
above-mentioned reference number.

The description given in your application does not enable us to identify
the concrete documents, which would correspond to your request.

We therefore invite you, in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation
(EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents, to provide us with
more detailed information on the documents you request, concretely if you
are requesting the copy of the grant agreements due to your interest on
the names of the organisations receiving the grants, the funding received
and the location(s) of the projects.

If our understanding is correct, then it could suffice with the award
notices of the four contracts as you will see the funding allocated, the
name of the organization and their addresses.

If our understanding is not correct, please note that grant agreements
contain multiple annexes and some documents or part of them may not be
disclosed because they may fall under the exceptions of the Art 4 of the
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and following the same regulation we might
have to consult with third parties regarding the disclosure of the
documents.

In addition, could you precise up to which level of detail you are
interested regarding the “locations of the projects”? At the level
“Sarajevo, Tuzla and Zenica” as published in the IATI website would be
enough? We are aware that as per the website it is said that organisations
are located there and we could check if the projects are in the same
locations or in different parts of the country.

If you need assistance in clarifying or specifying your application, you
can contact us by email to: [1][adresse e-mail]

In accordance with the third paragraph of Article 2 of the Detailed rules
for the application of  Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, the deadline of 15
working days for handling your application will start running when we
receive the requested clarifications.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Yours faithfully,

Dear [email address],

Please provide me with the award notice(s) for this project if it shows the locations at the town level (Tuzla, Zenica, etc).

If you the award notice does not provide this information but you can confirm at the town level the locations of the projects this would also be fine.

Yours sincerely,

Dereck kwakye

Dear [email address],

I would like to update my previous message.

I definitely would like a copy of the award notice(s) for this project since it will show the address of the winners.
Thank you

Yours sincerely,

Dereck kwakye

Dear [email address],

This is an update to my previous two messages.
I have received confirmation from elsewhere that 3 of the projects where located in tuzla and 1 in Zenica.

Therefore I do not require anymore information and you can close this request down. Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Dereck kwakye
