Thank you for your request.

 

I regret to inform you that the Court of Justice of the European Union
does not possess documents containing information on the number of
recruited Muslim employees, the average length of service and the number
of Muslim employees in communication/media roles.

 

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Regulation
1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001
regarding access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents
is not applicable to the Court. Conditions of access to administrative
documents of the Court are laid down in the Decision of the Court of 26
November 2019 concerning public access to documents held by the Court of
Justice of the European Union in the exercise of its administrative
functions. Please be informed that in order to submit an access to
documents request, you are required to fill in a form available on the
internet site of the Court. This form must be sent preferably
electronically in accordance with the instructions set out on the internet
site of the Court or, in exceptional circumstances, by post or by fax.
