Relationship between public prosecution and the police in the EU

La respuesta a esta solicitud está muy retrasada. Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea ya debería haber respondido (detalles). Puedes apelar pidiendo una revisión interna.

Dear European Court of Justice,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Laws, treaties, discussions, conventions, mandates, etc. regarding relationship between public prosecution and the police force EU-wide (how they should be working together, what regulations they have, etc.). I am not looking for the individual relationships of these two in specific countries (like the country reports regarding the subject on eurojustice.com), but for those that are adopted equally in more countries or in the whole EU.

Yours faithfully,

Gergely Takács

Registry ECJ, Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea

Dear Sir,

In response to your e-mail of 2 July, could you please submit your request using the method laid down, and, in particular, the form prescribed, in Article 4 of Court of Justice Decision 2013/C 38/02 of 11 December 2012.

Yours faithfully,

L F Hewlett

Dear Registry ECJ,

I am sorry for my inconvenience as my knowledge about the EU structure and its policy is not adequate. I have read what you suggested (Article 4 of Court of Justice Decision 2013/C 38/02). The main problem with my request was that I did not have any data in my possession to identify the documents I requested, that is why I turned to you. What I am looking for in particular is whether there is an EU policy that interferes with a Member State's national public prosecution co-operating with its national police. Informations that can be found on the internet are most welcome.

Yours sincerely,

Gergely Takács
