Dear María Oliván,

I appreciate your notice of delay, but I would like to know what "as soon as possible" exactly means. It has been almost two months already since I made use of my right of access to documents and I do not know anything about how the information requested is being handled.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Taskforce on Article 50 negotiations with the United Kingdom,

In the answer given by María Oliván on the 14th of February she stated the following:

"I regret to have to inform you that we will not be able to respond within the extended time-limit. As mentioned in our first holding reply, we have not yet been able to gather all the elements required to carry out a full analysis of your request in order to take a decision.

I can assure you that we are doing our utmost to provide you with a final reply as soon as possible. I regret this additional delay and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause".

As such, I understood that my request was still being handled and that not all documents had been sent. In any case, I see now that it was just an administrative mistake and my petition was indeed closed.

On the other hand, with regard to the address I provided in my request, there is a number missing. My apologies. Here you have the right one:

Álvaro Merino
