Replacing blue ink handwriting signature by electronic signature?
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to European Union Regulation 1049/2001, I wish to request access to the following documents:
• The whole EU regulatory framework regarding the “electronic signature” (directives, decisions, communications, implementing rules, etc.);
• All correspondence (including all email messages) between 1 January 2012 and 31 December 2013 relating to the electronic-only management of grants and experts in H2020, in particular:
- Sent and received by the European commissioner for Research and Science (including her cabinet);
- Circulated inside DG Research and Innovation;
- Between any staff or manager of DG Research and Innovation and any other service of the European Commission (Research family DGs, Legal Service, DG BUDG, the Data Protection Officer, DG DIGIT, DG HR, etc.);
• All minutes and internal records of all meetings relating to the management and implementation of the “electronic signature” in H2020 as explained on pages 20, 22 and 26 of the presentation referenced “Implementing the Rules - Legal, Financial, Administrative and IT Aspect of Horizon 2020” of 14/06/2013 http://www.ukro.ac.uk/aboutukro/conferen...
In accordance with European Union Regulation 1049/2001, I request that the documents in question be sent to me within 15 working days.

above mentioned Regulation.

any case within five working days upon receipt of this email, the
