Request for documents
Dear Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
-All correspondence (letters, emails, etc) and minutes of meetings (or any other reports of such meetings) where the EU criteria for the identification of endocrine disrupting chemicals (more info to be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/health/endocrine_di... ) were discussed between officials of the Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU and representatives of (one or more of) the following companies/organizations:
-Bayer
-BASF
-Dow Chemical
-DuPont
-DowDuPont (after merger)
-Syngenta
-Monsanto
-European Crop Protection Association (ECPA)
-European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic)
(between June 1st 2016 and August 1st 2018).

Dear Mr. Harmsen,
Your request for access to information of public interest, received on 8 August 2018, by e-mail, was processed according to the provisions of the relevant national legislation, namely Law 544/2001 regarding the free access to information of public interest.
You have requested access to information concerning all correspondence (letters, emails, etc) and minutes of meetings (or any other reports of such meetings) where the EU criteria for the identification of endocrine disrupting chemicals were discussed between officials of the Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU and representatives of (one or more of) the following companies/organizations: Bayer, BASF, Dow Chemical, DuPont/DowDuPont, Syngenta, Monsanto, European Crop Protection Association (ECPA)-European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic), between June 1st 2016 and August 1st 2018.
Please be informed that there were no such meetings on this subject between the attachés responsible with the relevant dossiers in this field and the representatives of the specified companies/organizations, in the indicated period.
