Dear Justice and Consumers,
In your email of 25 April 2023, you noted that the time-limit for handling my request 2023/2409 expires on 19/05/2023, and that you would inform me if you needed to extend this time limit for an additional 15 working days.
However, I have received no further correspondence from you, either to extend the time limit, or to reply to me request. It is now 20 June, which means that even if you had notified me of +15 working days extension, this would now have passed.
I would therefore like to politely request that you send me the documents that my request pertains to with all possible haste, as I should, by law, have already received them.
If for any reason you are unable to send me these documents, I would kindly ask for an explanation of under what legal provision this delay beyond the 15+15 working days is justified.
Yours faithfully,
Elaine Girvan
Dear Justice and Consumers,
Further to my email of 20 June, I would like to request your urgent attention to my access to documents request case number 2023/2409, about which I have heard nothing from you since your confirmation on 25 April 2023, and which has long since passed the maximum legal time limit of 30 working days for handling such a request.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Elaine Girvan
