Dear Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Request for Privacy Shield Records'.
I believe BEREC failed to conduct an adequate search for documents. BEREC likely has emails and letters mentioning Privacy Shield. In addition, BEREC must have written or received reports about Privacy Shield. BEREC also likely has internal memoranda on Privacy Shield. I believe that documents are being withheld in violation of EC 1049/2001. I believe documents may be classed as confidential, restricted, secret, and top-secret, and BEREC has denied me the ability to challenge their classification.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/requ...
Yours faithfully,
Rachael Tackett
