Dear European Parliament,

I kindly request this information for scientific purposes: I am a postdoctoral research in Germany and my habilitation project on non-judicial rights review analyzes, amongst others, the role of rights considerations in the EU legislative process (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) – project no. 441470804). The requested 4-column-documents will provide invaluable insights into the role of the Parliament, the Commission, and the Council in negotiating rights-relevant provisions.
When you consider my request, I would like to ask you to specifically take note of the De Capitani v European Parliament ruling of the Court of Justice of the EU. Please note I prefer to receive the documents in digital format, not by physical mail.
