Dear Permanent Representation of Netherlands to the EU,

With reference to the Law on the Openness of Administration (WOB), I would like to request the following information:

How many meetings have employees of the the Permanent Representation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the European Union had with representatives of companies, organisations and other stakeholders, during the last 12 months?

I would like to request a list of these meetings: who was present at the meeting, including the names of organisations/ lobbyists presents, as well as the date of the meeting, and the subject matter discussed.

Sure it will be possible, but you mean Monday 7th or Tuesday 8th? Monday at 16.00 will be possible, Tuesday should be earlier.

As you mention there will be other people involved - will it be a conference call?
