Request regarding the impact of work undertaken by Professor David Colman on Milk Quotas

Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural no tenía la información solicitada.

Dear Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRI),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- references to the work (including papers/reports) of Professor David Colman (University of Manchester) in relation to the phasing out of EU milk quotas

- references to the attendance of Professor David Colman at meetings or mention of David Colman within these meetings

- references to'hard' or 'soft' landing scenarios in relation to EU milk quotas

- references to the contribution of Peter Dawson (Policy Director at Dairy UK) regarding the phasing out of EU milk quotas.

- Any references to the UK document "phasing out the Eu milk quota: final report" (April 2008) by Defra/Drew associates

- Any reference to the the document "The future of milk quota" by EU Parliament Policy Department B (2008)

In the United Kingdom we are required to demonstrate the quality of academic outputs approximately every five years. For the first time, in 2014, we are also required to demonstrate the wider 'impact' of research emerging from each institution. This request is in relation to these requirements: See: http://www.ref.ac.uk/users/

Yours faithfully,

Dr Chris Hewson
