Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

EU Member States are to benefit from the 'Resilience and Recovery Plan' after the Covid-19 pandemic.In exhange EU Member States need to undergo various reforms milestones in their national systems.

Belgium is a beneficiary of such plan.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

-The deal between the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Commission
-The Annexes of the deal

No need to send the documents by registered post, these can be placed on this website.
